TATS in the News Regarding TATS' visiting professor, David Rosenbloom, Uganda's leading news paper reported that: The visiting US Law professor has advised administrators and consultants to be fair when administering tax policy. "When administering tax, you need a system which is efficient, fair and simple," Prof. David Rosenbloom, told tax consultants, administrators and lawyers during a lecture on taxation policy at the East African School of Taxation in Kampala. Rosenbloom who has served as a tax policy advisor for the US Treasury, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, said tax administrators should apply rules acceptable by the state.
